Surprisingly there are so many waterfalls in the Pocono Area. Visiting here many wouldn't know but there are many different kinds of waterfalls. If you're visiting the area and decided to check out some, here are a couple of articles on it.

I have been to a few waterfalls but my first waterfall I went to was Bushkill Falls is very breathtaking. They are 30 minutes North from the Delaware Water Gap, so it was an easy pick. I was lucky that we had a clear summer day when I went with my family. I was just in awe of the natural elements. I had to touch everything - I am a sensory enthusiast, if that's even a thing lol. During my visit there was an entrance fee (helps maintain the nature grounds, trails, land and etc.). Things I took: a backpack with bottles of water, nuts/bars for snacks and a couple of hand towels. My family enjoys camping and hiking, so we are familiar with proper footwear support for hiking to prevent ankle spraining or a foot injury. I saw quite a few tourists in flip flops. Not to dog on flipflops but they don't support your foot and you'll be on rocky unlevel paths. Also, I didn't have cell service in some areas which wasn't a big deal for me because I was taking time off. Finishing up the hike we wound up by their snack shack. Honestly there were just kind of comfort foods, but they didn't skimp on cheap quality food. The hot food we chose were very tasty. I would highly suggest for anyone thinking about maybe one day going to check out waterfalls. I truly believe that waterfall hiking in nature does ground you, mediation like and increases mental clarity.
Have you visited any of these waterfalls in any of the links in this blog? Did you go to a waterfall that isn't mentioned please let me know.
I have been there too, it is very mesmerizing watching gallons of water fall down in bushkill. And you can hear it very far away.
